Kilo

                       BEFORE                                                                       AFTER

Kilo was found as a stray in Clayton County, Georgia. If he survives heartworm treatment, he will be joining our rescue program. Please think good thoughts for Kilos' health. He needs all the help he can get.

If you would like to donate money to help with the costly Heartworm treatments, please contact the DACA Rescue Chairperson, Liz Gaulke at: dogresq@wcnet.org

UPDATE! 11-6-02

Yes, that is the same dog. Truly amazing isn't it!. We would like to thank Jennifer for opening up her heart and home to Kilo when he needed it most. She has been just an incredibly kind and generous person for taking Kilo out of the shelter, and nursing him back to health. Actually, she's doubly super because she does APBT rescue also. Jennifer tells us that Kilo loves people and other dogs, but not cats. Kilo should be arriving in our rescue program the early part of December. Can you make Kilo's holiday a happy one? Could Santa share milk and cookies with Kilo at your house? For further information on Kilo and/or an adoption application, contact our rescue chairperson at: dogresq@wcnet.org.
